吉非替尼在非小细胞肺癌放疗中增敏作用的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 表皮生长因子受体（epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR）抑制剂吉非替尼（gefitinib,Iressa,ZD1839）在非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC）治疗领域的应用已经取得了令人鼓舞的临床疗效,但有关其与放射治疗联合应用的基础与临床研究尚未取得较为明确的结论,本文回顾性总结了吉非替尼在非小细胞肺癌放疗治疗中增敏作用的相关研究进展,以作进一步开展此方面研究的基础.
