环保型融雪剂的制备及其性能评定实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 以醋酸废液和秸秆灰为原料制备低成本、环保型融雪剂,研究了融雪剂的pH值、融雪速率、冰点,初步评定了融雪剂的腐蚀性能、用量等。结果表明制备的融雪剂(EFD)pH值为6.4~6.8,融雪速率、冰点、对铁、混凝土、及农作物的腐蚀程度等均接近或优于常用的CMA环保型融雪剂,为低成本、环保型融雪剂(EFD)的工业化生产提供基础数据。 The environmental friendly and low cost deicer(EFD) was prepared by reaction of waste acetic acid with plant ash.The pH value,rate of melting snow,freezing point,dosage,corrosiveness of deicers were investigated.The corrosive performances of deicers were evaluated preliminarily.The results shown that the pH value of EFD was varied in 6.4~6.8.The rate of melting snow,freezing point and corrosive performance of EFD were similar or superior to CMA,which was a popular environmental friendly deicer.It provided basic data for commcial production of deicer with environmental friendly and low cost in the future.
