Preparation of biodegradable polymeric microspheres and their applications as drug carriers

摘要 综述了近年来合成生物降解聚合物微球的种类、制备方法及作为药物载体的应用。结果表明,这类聚合物微球具有良好的安全性、生物相容性和生物降解性,在药物缓释、控释和疾病的治疗中具有非常重要的作用和应用前景。 Recent progress of biodegradable polymeric microspheres was reviewed,including types,preparation methods and their applications as drug carriers.The results showed that the biodegradable polymeric microspheres presented perfect safety,biocompatibility and biodegradation and played an important role in the slow/controlled release drug and therapy in the field of clinical medicine,and had attractive application prospects.
