摘要
目的衡量主动报告医疗不良事件对建设患者安全文化的促进效果。方法利用问卷调查表对抽样人群进行调查,对调查结果进行统计学描述。结果医务人员对患者安全文化的认同度有明显提高;处罚时重视教育和帮助。结论主动报告医疗不良事件,既是医务人员从患者安全、医疗安全和医疗质量角度出发的行为,也是医院管理层重视患者安全文化建设的具体体现。
Objective To evaluate the function of reporting medical adverse events actively in the construction of patient safety culture.Method Do the survey among sample population,and then conduct the statistic description on the results.Results The medical staffs have improved their understandings on patient safety culture obviously.In punishment,education and assistance are valued.Conclusions Reporting medical adverse events initiatively is a conduct itself,in which the medical staffs consider the safety of patients and medical quality,but also reflects the hospital authorities lay emphasis on patient safety culture construction.
