摘要
1例26岁女性患者,因右侧乳房积乳囊肿切除手术后,静脉给予注射用丹参多酚酸盐200 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静脉滴注。用药5 min后,患者出现口唇麻木,并逐渐红肿,立即停药,静脉推注地塞米松磷酸钠针10 mg,不良反应症状持续18 h后逐渐消失。
One 26-year-old female patient was given a mixture of salvianolate injection （200 mg） in 5% glucose injection （250 mL） after right breast cyst excision operation. Five minutes later, the patient complained her lips were numb, tumid and red. The administration was stopped immediately and the patient was given dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection 10 mg. The symptoms disappeared gradually after eighteen hours.
