Application of magnetic resonance imaging diffusion weighted imaging in lung cancer

摘要 磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)作为一种无辐射、无创伤的检查手段,对肺癌的诊断及分期有很大帮助,其表观弥散系数(ADC)的测定对肺癌的疗效评估也显示出较高的临床应用价值。作为CT的补充手段,MRI-CT图像融合使肺癌放疗靶区勾画更为准确。 Magnetic resonance imaging diffusion weighted imaging (DWI)as a non-radiation and noninvasive examination method, has great help in diagnosis and staging of lung cancer, and the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) determination has demonstrated clinical application value in the therapeutic assessment. As an essential complement of CT, MRI-CT imaging infusion improves the accuracy of the target volume sketching in the radiotherapy of lung cancer.
