摘要
信息环境的优劣直接影响着农村信息化建设的进程。通过研究农村信息环境建设的内涵,分析了在农村信息环境建设中面临的困境,提出了优化农村信息环境的措施。
The good and bad aspects of the information environment affect the process of IT application construction, knowing the changes of rural information environment is essential to the construction. This article states the current situation about the construction of information environment; analysis the potential questions during the period of constructing information environment, and puts forward some measures to optimize the rural information environment.
