摘要
本文以Halliday的系统功能语法和Kress&Van Leeuwen的视觉语法框架为理论基础,通过对获得2009年奥斯卡最佳影片的《拆弹部队》的电影海报进行了社会符号学分析,文章通过解读图像的再现意义互动意义和构图意义,帮助读者了解电影海报如何通过社会符号和语言作为符号如何共同作用,实现表意功能,提高读者的多模态话语识读能力。
Based mainly on Halliday s systemic functional grammar and Kress Van Leeuwen＇s visual social semiotics,this contribution attempts to adopt a multimodal analysis to a movie poster— ＂ The Hurt Locker＂,2009 Oscar winner,Through the analysis of the representational meaning,the interpersonal meaning and the compositional meaning of the poster,we can find how images and words work together to create a synergy effect,and consequently achieve the propaganda goal of movie posters.
