摘要
目前,中国很多开发区已经从最初的纯经济功能区演变为一级政府或准政府。以中国三个典型国家级开发区为例,对中国开发区管理体制演变历程进行回顾,总结出中国开发区管理体制的基本发展规律,提出要进一步发挥开发区的先导和带动作用,而深化管理体制改革已经势在必行,并指出了中国开发区管理体制改革的基本路径。
At present,many Chinese development zones have changed from economic function to government or quasi government function.Take three national development zone as an example,the management system of China are reviewed,the evolution course of basic development zone management system is summarized.It is pointed out that the reform of the management system is imperative in order to play the rule of development zones.The basic path for the reform of the management system is put forward.
