摘要
高校创业教育要与地方区域经济发展形成良性的互动。目前政府和社会各界缺乏支持力度,未能营造出大学生创业的有利环境;高校创业教育普遍缺乏优势和特色,不能有效为区域经济发展提供创业型人才。高校创业教育的创新要重视以下几个方面:发挥地方社会政策的保障扶持作用,强化区域特色教育;提高学生创业意识,培养学生探索实践的学习习惯;创新人才培养模式,提高进行学生的创业素质;强化创业指导专职教师队伍建设,提高创业教育整体师资水平;强化校内仿真实训基地建设,并有效利用地方社会的创业实训基地。
The entrepreneurial education of universities should form the benign mutual aid with the regional economic development.At present,the government and society lack of the support,and not to create a favorable environment for the students business;the university entrepreneurship education generally lack of the advantages and features,and can not effectively provide the entrepreneurial talent for regional economic development.The innovation of the university entrepreneurship education should pay attention to the following aspects： play the role of security support of the social policy to strengthen the regional characteristics of education;raise the student awareness of entrepreneurship to train the study habits of students exploring the practise; innovative the training model to improve the student＇s entrepreneurial quality; strengthen the full-time teachers body of entrepreneurship guidance to improve the entrepreneurship education and overall quality of teachers;strengthen the internal simulation training base,and effective use the local social entrepreneurship training base.
