摘要
对"十二五"新形势下高校教育管理体制改革进行了思考,阐述了高校加强财务管理的必要性,并结合现阶段高校财务管理的特点和存在的问题,提出了解决财务管理问题的具体措施。
The paper analyses the reform of the education management system of institutions of higher learning in new situation of the 12th Five-Year,explains the need for universities to strengthen the financial management,combines with the characteristics and the existing problems of universities on this stage.Then the article proposes the specific measures to solve the problems of financial management.
