摘要
尝试用能量色散X荧光分析方法分析煤中全硫,阐述了分析的基本原理,主要研究了基体效应对测量结果的影响,建立了校正模型。试验结果表明,EDXRF法测定煤中全硫的平均绝对误差为0.07%,相对标准偏差为1.80%,单样分析仅需200 s。
The determination of total sulfur in coal by the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis and its basic principle are introduced in this paper.The research focuses on the effect of matrix effect on measurement results,and the calibration model has been established.The test results show that the mean absolute error in determining the sulfur content in coal is 0.07 %,the relative standard deviation is 1.80%,and single analysis needs only 200 s.
