摘要
通过总结北京周边两个县级行政单元——三河市、香河县改革开放以来城市形态演变特征,发现北京周边小城镇城镇体系和城市用地演变都经历了类似的三个阶段。分析认为这种变化是在北京市场范围扩大至北京周边区域的背景下,北京市政府、河北省政府、小城镇政府、小城镇居民、北京外溢的企业和开发商等多个建设主体相互作用的结果。最后,对北京周边区域发展趋势做出预测,并对北京周边小城镇发展提出建议。
By surveying the morphologic evolution of the two county-level cities around Beijing, Sanhe City and Xianghe County, since the reform and opening up of China, it shows that the evolution of urban system and land-use of small town around Beijing has gone through three similar stages. The evolution results from the interaction between many subjects, including Beijing municipal government, Hebei provincial government, small town government, town residents, enterprises and developers that expand outward from Beijing. In the end, the paper predicts the future development of the areas surrounding Beijing, and puts forward some valuable suggestions for the development of small towns around Beijing.
