七氟醚复合芬太尼全麻在小儿扁桃体切除术中的应用 被引量：10

摘要 目的观察七氟醚复合芬太尼全麻用于小儿扁桃体切除术的可行性和安全性。方法拟行择期扁桃体切除术患儿60例,随机分为七氟醚复合芬太尼全麻组(S组)和丙泊酚复合芬太尼全麻组(P组)。记录两组患儿麻醉前、麻醉后5min、麻醉后10min和拔管后5min的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2),并记录两组患儿手术时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患儿均顺利完成手术,术中生命体征平稳。两组患儿睁眼时间、拔管时间比较,S组明显短于P组(P<0.01)。结论七氟醚复合芬太尼全麻用于小儿扁桃体切除术麻醉效果可靠、苏醒快、不良反应少。
