摘要
基于强度理论和弹性稳定理论,给出了不同压力等级、壁厚、公称管径为500~1400mm的直埋热水供热管道局部稳定控制循环温差、最大允许循环温差和屈服温差曲线,建立了管道工作状态分区图,对各区域管道的最大允许安装长度和弹、塑性工作状态进行了研究。提出了在防止大管径直埋供热管道产生局部屈曲的前提下,增大管道最大允许安装长度的措施。
Based on the strength theory and elasticity stability theory, the curves of local stability circulation temperature difference, maximum circulation temperature difference and yield temperature difference for directly buried hot water heat-supply pipeline with different pressures and wall thicknesses and nominal diameter of 500 to 1 400 mm are given. The zone diagrams for working state of the pipeline are established, and the maximum allowable installation length and the elastic and plastic working states of the pipeline sections in different zones are researched. Measures for increasing the maximum allowable installation length are proposed based on preventing local buckling of large-diameter directly buried heat- supply pipeline.
