摘要
在加热炉炉温控制系统中,使用传统的PID控制方法很难达到预期目标。根据加热过程对温度控制的要求,设计了一种基于模糊理论的炉温PLC控制系统。该系统既具有PLC控制抗干扰能力强、稳定性高的优点,又具有模糊控制响应速度快、控制简单等优点,对提高加热炉的加热效率和钢厂的经济效益具有积极的意义。实际运行结果表明,炉温偏差不超过设定值的3%。
It was difficuh to achieve the desired purpose using the conventional PID control method in the heating furnace temperature control system. According to the requirements of furnace temperature control, a PLC furnace temperature control system based on fuzzy control theory was designed. This control system has both advantages of PLC and fuzzy control, which contain anti-interfere strongly, high stability, fast response and simple control. It plays an active role for improving the heating efficiency of heating furnace and economic benefit of steel plants. The practical operation result shows that the deviation between actual value and expected value was less than 3%.
