电子商务理论和技术在房地产业中的应用范围极其广泛,可以利用互联网和数码技术构建的电子商务系统改造传统的地产商业模式部分业务流程,将传统的地产业务与电子商务模式有机地结合起来,提高房地产企业的经济效益。
