摘要
随着漳州市"依港立市"发展战略的提出,依靠港口、资源、区位和后发优势,应面对漳州市港口基础设施薄弱,服务体系不够完善,空港建设正在规划,立体交通网络尚未形成,产业集群同构现象比较严重,缺乏市场竞争力,港口发展腹地拓展不足的问题,优化规划布局,加强基础设施建设,培育与港口相关的特色产业集群,以临港工业为依托,发展相关服务业,加快临海交通体系建设的建议。
As Zhangzhou putting forward the development strategy of ＂devolepe on port＂, relying on port, resources, location and advantages of backwardness, Zhangzhou should face the problems that the infrastructure of port of Zhangzhoul is weak, service system is not perfect, airport construction is planning, three - dimensional traffic network has not been formed, industry group isomorphic phenomenon is serious, market competition ability and development of port hinterland are not elaough, put forward to optimize the layout, strengthen infrastructure construction, breed and port related to the characteristics of industrial dusters, in order to face harbor industry as the basis, the development of the service sector, accelerate the construction of port traffic system proposals.
