结核性脑膜炎的实验室诊断 被引量：9

摘要 结核性脑膜炎（TBM）是由结核分枝杆菌（结核杆菌，TB）引起的脑膜非化脓性炎性病变，亦是中枢神经系统结核最为常见的类型，常继发于肺结核或体内其他器官结核。结核在全球的广泛流行，严重危害着人类健康，已成为全球重大公共卫生问题和社会问题。我国结核疫情严重，是全球22个结核高负担国家之一，仅次于印度，位居世界第2位，而且我国结核耐药情况十分突出，耐药率高达46％。
