摘要 随着生活方式的改变及人均寿命的延长，我国心血管疾病的发病率进入快速增长期，2006年我国心血管疾病患者约为2200万，其中心力衰竭患者约为420万。心血管疾病不仅文寸社会及家庭造成了严重影响，还是现阶段人类死亡的首要原因。心力衰竭是多种心血管疾病终末期的一种综合征，同时也是心血管疾病死亡的主要原因。随着循证医学的发展，近年多个国家相继修改或出台心力衰竭诊治指南（以下简称指南），
