关节腔内持续冲洗治疗全膝置换术后早期感染临床体会

摘要 全膝人工关节置换术后的各种并发症中，感染是一个“灾难性的并发症”，是直接导致手术失败的原因之一。虽然目前采取了各种预防感染的方法，例如使用层流手术室和抗生素等应用，但早期感染仍在1％-2％。感染一旦发生常导致手术失败，必要时需假体取出及翻修，如翻修不成功，则会造成患者残疾甚至危及生命，对患者来说常难以接受。2002至2008年我院治疗2例全膝人工关节置换术后关节早期感染患者，经进行关节腔内持续冲洗，效果满意，报告如下。
