多囊卵巢综合征对体外受精-胚胎移植术结局的影响

摘要 目的研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)及其衍生技术的实施的影响。方法回顾性分析2007年8月至2010年12月接受IVF-ET及其衍生技术助孕诊断PCOS患者65例,与之同期接受助孕的未诊断PCOS患者98例对照研究。结果 PCOS组与对照组比较,PCOS组年龄小于对照组,HCG日E2水平高于对照组,获卵数高于对照组,MⅡ卵子数高于对照组,优胚数高于对照组,冻胚数高于对照组(P<0.05)。9例拮抗剂方案与常规方案比较,HCG日E2水平较低,HCG日LH水平、HCG日P水平较高,获卵数、MⅡ卵子数、优胚数、冻胚数均较常规方案组低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PCOS组在IVF-ET过程中有良好的预后,但是要预防卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)发生;来曲唑联合GnRH拮抗剂方案可能是预防OHSS的方法之一。
