摘要
用乙醇回流提取细辛中的卡固醇,考察了乙醇浓度、提取时间及次数对提取率的影响。结果表明,用60%乙醇回流提取2次,每次40 min的工艺条件为最佳。
The sterol was extracted from asarum by refluxing using alcohol.The effect of alcohol concentration,extraction time,times on extraction rate was studied.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows：alcohol concentration 60%,times 2,extraction time 40 min.
