摘要
用硫酸从锂云母中提取铯,采用正交设计表安排实验,用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测铯,以Cs2O水溶性浸出物含量为指标,对硫酸的质量分数,反应时间,液固质量比进行考察。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:硫酸的质量分数为40%,反应时间为8 h,液固比为3∶1。在最佳条件下,100 g锂云母可提取Cs2O约150 mg。
The cesium was extracted from lepidolite using sulfuric acid.The experiment was arranged by orthogonal experiment,cesium was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Based on the content of Cs2O water-soluble,the effect of mass fraction of sulfuric acid,reaction time,mass ratio of liquid to solid were studied.Results showed the optimum conditions were as follows：mass fraction of sulfuric acid 40%,reaction time 8 h,mass ratio of liquid to solid 3 ∶ 1.Under the optimum conditions,150 mg cesium could be extracted from 100 g lepidolite.
