摘要
TC4钛合金是典型难加工材料之一,极易造成工具磨损。本文通过铣削TC4钛合金试验,跟踪铣削过程中铣刀每个齿的磨损量及磨损形态,比较了不同细晶粒硬质合金铣刀的磨损过程。结果表明,铣刀切削刃发生崩刃会直接缩短铣刀的使用寿命。
TC4 Titanium alloys are one of difficulvto-cut materials and can cause serious worn of cutting tools when machining them. In this paper, experiments of milling TC4 Titanium alloys with fine grain carbide milling cutters were carried out. Based on the wear condition of every cutting tooth on milling cutter inspected during testing, the wear progresses of cutters were compared and discussed. The results reveal that the failure of tipping will directly cut down the useful life of cutter.
