摘要
介绍基于PC运动控制卡的开放式数控系统中NC代码编译器设计方案和具体的实现步骤,实现了对NC代码的错误检测和NC代码到运动控制卡可识别代码之间的转换。以美国泰道公司的PMAC运动控制卡为例,介绍功能代码对应库的建立,并给出NC代码检错和翻译的部分程序。该NC代码编译器已应用于实际项目中,收到了良好效果。
The procedure design and implement measures of NC code cgmpiler in open CNC system which was controlled by PC motion control panel were introduced. The NC code correctness inspection and the transfer between NC code and indentified code for motion control panel were achieved. Taking an example of a PMAC motion control panel by Delta Tau LLC, the setting up of a functional code related database was introduced, and partial compiled programs of error checking and translation for NC code were given. Good effects are received by application of the NC code compiler in actual projects.
