摘要
针对开炼机液压调距系统的非线性、时变性等特点,提出一种基于"并、串复合联接"的同步控制策略,在对两液压缸分别进行PID控制的基础上,对同步误差采用带智能积分的模糊控制。仿真结果表明:采用该方法能够有效克服电液伺服系统的非线性、时变性对同步性能的影响,同步控制精度较高,可满足生产要求。
Aiming at the nonlinearity and time-varying characteristics of hydraulic adjustment system for open mixing mill, a synchronization control strategy was presented based on series-parallel. On basis of using PID control in two hydraulic cylinders, a fuzzy control with intelligent integrator was adopted in order to reduce synchronization error. Simulation results show that using the method, the impact of nonlinearity and time-varying of electro-hydraulic servo system can be overcome effectively. The synchronization precision is high and production requirements are met.
