基于增压缸增压原理的钻井封井器试压装置设计

Design of the Drilling Blowout Preventer Pressure Test Device Based on the Supercharged Principle of Pressurized Cylinder

摘要 对维修过或者新购置来的井控装置———钻井封井器进行试压是保证该装置安全进行的必要条件。常用的封井器试压打压装置由于打压慢、设备检修复杂、工作稳定性差等自身条件限制,不能满足工作量越来越多、工作环境要求越来越严格、工作效率越来越高的需要。根据增压缸增压原理设计了一套钻井封井器试压打压装置,对装置的整体结构及原理、关键参数的计算及装置存在的优点进行了介绍及分析。结果表明:根据该原理设计出的试压装置能够满足试压工艺的需要,且占用空间小、使用方便、便于安装和维护等,具有可观的经济效益和社会效益。 Pressure test on the newly acquired drilling blowout preventer or just be repaired is a necessary condition for drilling safety. Common drilling blowout preventer pressure test device can not meet the present needs of workload, work environment and work efficiency, because these devices have flaws such as suppressed slowly, equipment maintenance complexly, poor job stability and other self-limited. Based on the supercharged principle of pressurized-cylinder, a drilling blowout pressure test device was designed, and the device structure and principle, the key parameters calculations and merits of the design were described. The results show that the pressure test device base on this principle can meet the needs of pressure test, and has advantages such as small volume of space, easy to use, easy to install and maintain, etc. It has considerable economic benefits and social benefits.
