摘要
为了解决真空系统设计计算效率低的问题,以电子束焊接真空系统设计为例,采用Visual C++的MFC、SQLServer及ADO数据库访问技术开发了真空系统设计计算程序。用户只要输入所需的真空相关参数,就可以进行主泵和前级泵的选取、流导的计算、抽气时间的校核等,完成真空系统的搭建。同时用户可以根据自己的需要管理数据库。程序计算结果和实验实测数据的对比表明:利用该程序,真空系统的设计计算快速、准确,提高了工作效率。
In order to improve the efficiency of vacuum system design and calculation, taking design on vacuum system of electron beam welding as an example, the program to caculate and design vacuum system was developed with MFC of Visual C ++, SQL Server and databank accessing technology of ADO. The design of vacuum system could be accomplished by the user with selection of main pump and backing pump, conductance calculation and the pumping time checked when the related vacuum technical data and parameters were input. At the same time the databank of vacuum component elements could be managed according the user's own needs. Comparison of the results of program calculation and experimental data of practical measurment show that the procedure has many advantages, such as quick, accurate and increased working efficiency for desinging of the vaeume system.
