摘要
分析了某典型高硬度、高精度凹模的特点。针对该零件制定了相应的电加工工艺,设计了相应的电极,应用电加工的复印原理以及混粉加工原理,成功地加工出了该高精度零件。
Characteristics of a typical high hardened and high accurate concave mold were analyzed. Corresponding electric discharge machining technics was made and relevant electrodes were produced. High accurate parts are made successfully through application of EDM principles of electrode reprography and powder-mixed dielectric.
