远程家庭康复指导对脑梗死偏瘫恢复期患者运动功能的影响 被引量：7

摘要 目的:观察远程家庭康复指导对脑梗死偏瘫恢复期患者运动功能的影响。方法:选取出院后脑梗死偏瘫恢复期的患者91例,随机分为对照组46例和康复组45例,患者病情稳定出院后康复组在常规内科治疗的基础上利用互联网技术给予远程家庭康复指导,包括患者的用药,循序渐进的康复训练等;对照组给予常规内科治疗、口头告之康复锻炼的方法等。结果:出院前简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分2组比较差异无统计学意义;出院3个月后2组均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05,0.01),康复组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:远程家庭康复指导对脑梗死偏瘫恢复期患者的运动功能的恢复具有明显的促进作用。
