摘要
国内外对微波技术在纺织品染色中的应用已有较多研究。本文介绍了微波技术、其工作原理及优点,对该技术在棉、涤纶、腈纶、粘胶等织物染色中的工艺与理论方面研究进行了系统概括和总结,详细介绍了微波技术在不同织物、染料和染色工艺下的应用及效果。
A lot of research on microwave technology applied in textile dyeing has been done at home and board.The microwave technology,its principle and advantages were introduced in this paper.The processing and theoretical research on the dyeing of cotton,polyester,acrylic,viscose fabrics by microware have been summarized.The application and effects of microwave technology used on different fabrics were discussed in detail sorted by dyes and process.
