基于Patran的高速小水线面双体船有限元结构强度分析 被引量:11

摘要 利用有限元软件MSC.Patran建立了全船有限元模型。针对小水线面双体船的结构特点提出了总纵弯矩、总横弯矩和水平扭矩等几种载荷的计算公式以及各种不同载荷的组合工况加载方法,对双体船进行有限元数值分析,得到全船的应力及其分布位置。其研究结果为船身减重和局部结构加强作了准备,并为结构设计人员全面、合理地进行强度分析提供了有效参考。本文创新地采取了以全船有限元建模的方式对小水线面双体船的结构强度进行数值模拟,根据应力分布云图进行总体结构优化。 FEM model of the overall ship is built by way of Msc.Patran.In accord with the structural characteristics of SWATH,several formulas for the loads of the transversal moment,in-plane moment and horizontal moment,and several loading methods for combinations of different load conditions have been developed.Based on this,FEM analysis for the SWATH is made and stress distribution of the ship is obtained.Results of the paper could serve to optimize the hull weight and local structural strength for structural designers.The paper,innovatively,through a full-ship element model method,analyzes the structural strength of the SWATH ship and optimizes the overall structure according to stress distribution.
