摘要
通过化学成分分析、金相分析、硬度测试和扫描电镜观察等对球阀断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,焊接时输入热量过高产生的原始裂纹是球阀断裂的主要原因。原始裂纹在晶粒粗大及组织变形等敏感处相互连接扩展,最终导致断裂。
The reasons for the broken of ball valve were analyzed by chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,hardness test and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the original crack is brought by high welding heat,which can cause the broken of ball valve.The original crack is connected at sensitive place where the crystal is thick and the structure is transformative,and then finally causes broken.
