摘要
基于自主研发的新型喷嘴,设计了采用光内送粉方式进行变截面试件堆积的模型。变截面复杂零件的堆积实验表明:采用层高开环控制,不断改变并实时监测影响高层堆积的z轴增量,保证离焦量基本不变,可以制作出267层的高层堆积件。对所堆积的三维回转体成型件的宏观与微观质量分析检测表明:变截面三维零件内部组织致密,硬度高且分布均匀,晶粒细小,表面粗糙度良好,微观质量较好。
Based on the independently developed new-style nozzle,the model for light inside powder feeding to make variable cross-section stacking was designed.The experiment on variable cross-section stacking proves that with high level open-loop control,constantly changing and monitoring z-axis increment,the stability of defocusing distance can be ensured,a 267-storey stacking piece can be made.The macroscopic and microscopic quality inspection of 3D revolution body of the stacking piece shows that it has the characteristic of high-density tissue,uniform hardness,fine grain,modest degree of roughness and high quality.
