摘要
在分析传统大型饼类锻件锻造工艺特点的基础上,针对现代工业对大型饼类锻件的性能要求及目前大型饼类锻件锻造的最佳工艺,分析锥形板镦粗、局部压平的工艺方法。通过ABAQUS软件模拟传统锻造工艺与新锻造工艺中大型饼类锻件中应力变化,得出新工艺的合理性与优点,为进一步研究和提高大型饼类锻件的产品质量提供一定的理论依据。
Based on analyzing traditional process characteristics of heavy disk forgings,aiming at the performance requests and new process of heavy disk forgings in the modern industry,the process of upsetting between cone plates and partial flating was analyzed.Meanwhile,through ABAQUS software,the stress variation of large disk-shaped forgings under two different situations,that is,traditional and new forging methods,were simulated,the rationality and advantages of new forging method were found.Ultimately,the new process provides theoretical foundations to further researching and improving the quality of large disk-shaped forgings in the near future.
