应用数字图像增强技术分析牙本质显微结构

摘要 目的:比较两种不同牙本质电镜照片预处理方法,探讨影像数字化预处理获取高质量牙本质显微结构的可行性。方法:采用分段线性增强和直方图均衡技术对牙本质电镜照片进行处理,比较两种方法对牙本质微结构图像的影响。结果:经过处理后的图像质量均明显改善,表现为图像对比度增加,牙本质微结构特征更加明显。其中直方图均衡化效果优于分段线性增强技术。结论:图像增强技术可明显改善牙本质电镜照片质量,可为研究牙本质的显微结构提供高质量的图像。 Objective:By comparing two different pre-processing methods,the feasibility of obtaining high quality of microstructure of dentin was thoroughly discussed.Method:Two digital image improving technics were applied in pre-processing step,namely median filter,histogram equalization,gray-scale linear transformation and edge enhancement.And the improvements were compared by histograms.Result:The quality of the images was greatly improved in both methods.The contrast was stretched and the details of dentin microstructure were sharpened.In addition,histogram equalization showed better results than gray-scale linear transformation.Conclusion:Higher quality image and more details of dentin microstructure can be obtained by pre-processing methods.
