摘要
目的探讨He-Ne激光在带状疱疹治疗中的作用。方法带状疱疹患者200例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例。治疗组采用波长为632.8 nm、功率密度为3.75 mW/cm2的He-Ne激光直接照射皮损处,每日1次,10次为一个疗程;同时口服阿昔洛韦,每次0.2 g,每日5次;多糖蛋白片,每次1.5g,每日3次;维生素C,每次0.2 g,每日3次。对照组患者仅口服上述药物。结果一个疗程后,治疗组痊愈82例,显效10例,好转8例,有效率92%。对照组痊愈56例,显效28例,好转16例,有效率达84%。结论 He-Ne激光在带状疱疹的治疗中具有增强疗效、缩短疗程、快速解除患者痛苦等作用。
Objective To study the effect of He-Ne laser on the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Two-hundreds herpes zoster patients were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,the injured skin was irradiated directly by using He-Ne laser with wavelength of 632.8nm and power density of 3.75mW,once a day and 10 days of a course of treatment;at the same time the patients were treated with aciclovir 0.2g 5 times per day,glycoprotein tablet 1.5g 3 times per day and vitamin C 0.2g 3 times per day.In the control group,the patients were treated with drugs only. ResultsAfter a course of treatment,82 cases in treatment group were cured,10 cases with obvious effect and 8 cases with effect,the effective rate was 92% vs 56,28 and 16 cases in the control group with the effective rate of 84%.No adverse effect was found in two groups during the treatments. ConclusionsHe-Ne laser has advantages of strengthening the efficacy,shortening the course of treatment and relieving the suffering of patients from herpes zoster.
