摘要
电力系统的正常运行中需要对各个设备在同一时刻的状态参数进行采集,测量和控制等操作。以往对系统的同步主要采用软件同步法或者GPS单卫星授时方法,缺少安全性和稳定性。提出了一种新的方法,利用FPGA技术,采用北斗与GPS双卫星冗余对系统进行授时,并在校验算法中加入自恢复模式,使授时过程中出现问题的概率大大降低。仿真结果表明:该系统具有高稳定性以及低成本等优点。
The normal operation of power system requires the state-parameter acquisition,measurement,control and other operations of various devices at the same point of time.Usually the software synchronization method or GPS single-satellite timing-service method is adopted for system synchronization,thus lacking security and stability.A new method is proposed,which,with FPGA technology,adopts Bei-dou and GPS satellite dual-redundant system for timing service,meanwhile the self-recovery mode is also added to the calibration algorithm,thus greatly reducing the problems probability in the timing-service process.Simulation results show that this system is of high stability,low cost,and other special advantages.
