摘要
目的:探讨在各个年龄、文化、疾病严重程度等差异的患者中使用简明健康宣教手册的效果评价。方法:对476例眼科患者住院期间采用改进后自制的健康宣教图片与简明文字相结合方式进行疾病相关知识的宣教。结果:患者对疾病知识、治疗方案及依从性、自身防护和满意度等均有明显提高。结论:采用简明宣教手册进行健康教育内容简明扼要、通俗易懂、患者更易接受和掌握,效果更佳,充分体现人性化护理服务。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Concise Handbook of Health Education in patients with different ages, cultures, disease severity. Methods： To conduct education of disease-related knowledge to 476 ophthalmology patients by combining with the improved health education picture and concise text. Results： The patients disease-related knowledge, treatment and compliance, self-protection and satisfaction were significantly improved. Conclusion： The education contents of Concise Handbook of Health Education are concise, easy to understand, and easy to accept and control for patients, its effect is better and it fully embodies the humane care.
