摘要
带薪实习社会实践活动作为重庆市大学生成长成才的新途径,已得到社会的高度关注和认可。随着近几年带薪实习社会实践活动的开展,重庆市大学生带薪实习社会实践活动也浮现出了一些的问题。本文通过对重庆市大学生带薪实习社会实践活动的现状及成因的系统分析,进而提出完善重庆市大学生带薪实习社会实践活动的新对策。
As a new practice for improving the abilities of studying and living for university students in Chongqing city, the paid internship for university students has gathered more and more attentions and glorifications from the whole country. However, there have been some problems and troubles for the practice in recent years. In this paper, new methods to solve the problems and improve the effects of the practice have been proposed by the way of analyzing the present situation of the practice and the reason source of the problems systematically.
