摘要
文章通过分析独立学院学生特点,针对学生骨干任期和选任的现状,联系学生党员发展来源和政治上的要求,结合建立共产党员长效机制和创先争优活动,就提高学生党员的党性修养、表率作用、履行义务等方面提出了独立学院加强以学生党员为核心的学生骨干队伍建设的具体对策。
By analyzing the characteristics of independent college students, in connection with current situation of student backbone selection and tenure of office, the paper contacts the source and proportion of student Communists, combines with establishment of Long-term mechanism of Communist and excel in the performances, puts forward how to enhance Student Communists Party spirit, exemplary role, fulfill obligations and so on.
