摘要
只有把风险概念引入就业观念中,大学毕业生"自主择业"才拥有实际意义。从探讨大学毕业生就业风险的内涵入手,回顾学业界对大学生就业风险成因分析的基础上进一步对其形成的原因进行理性分析,指出了大学生就业风险从个体层面、教育层面、社会层面对社会所构成的危害,在新的视野下提高大学毕业生维权意识,加快推进教育教学改革,提升毕业生管理风险能力,慎重选择专业等方面规避就业风险具有重要的社会意义和现实意义。
Only introducing the concept of risk in the concept of employment can the idea of ＂selecting a job for oneself＂ have practical significance. From the content of the employment risk of university graduates, on the basis of reviewing the causes of the employment risk, the rational analysis of the reasons are further made, and its society hazards are pointed out from the individual level, education level and social level. We should avoid the risk of employment from improving the consciousness of rights safeguarding of university, accelerating educational reform, enhancing the ability of graduates to manage risk, and carefully choosing major, which has important social and practical significance.
