摘要
文章在分析独立学院应用性人才培养定位基础上,针对非经管类专业学生特点,构建了以能力提升为导向的《企业管理学》教学改革体系,重点探讨了其教学方法和教学手段的改革创新,在教学实践中取得了较好的效果。
Based on the analysis of the applied talents cultivation orientation of independent college, aiming at the characteristics of students of non- management majors, the paper builds up Enterprise Management teaching reform system for enhancing the ability, and probes into the reform and innovation of the teaching methods and teaching means which has achieved good results in the teaching practice.
