摘要
随着煤炭行业自动化水平的提高,煤炭机电设备技术的先进程度也在不断提升,机械化和自动化先进设备已大规模应用于煤矿,这就对机电设备的日常管理水平和维护技术有了更高的要求。本文从神东煤炭集团公司实际情况出发,结合作者多年的工作经验,对各矿井机电设备的日常管理状况、日常维护效果以及生产过程中设备的故障率等相关问题进行了探讨。
With the improvement of automation level of the coal industry, advanced degree of coal electrical equipment technology is also rising, and the advanced equipment with mechanization and automation is widely applied in coal mine,which puts forward higher requirements for the daily management level and maintenance technology of mechanical and electrical equipment. In this paper, some issues, such as daily management condition and maintenance effect of mine mechanical and electrical equipment as well as failure rate of equipment in the process of operation, were discussed combined with author＂ work experience from the actual situation of Shendong Coal Mine Group Company.
