摘要
动物性食品卫生检验是浙江工商大学国家特色专业——食品质量与安全专业的主体课程之一。实验教学是其重要的组成部分,实验教学对于促进理论知识的理解运用,保证整体教学水平起着重要的作用。本文针对当前实验教学存在的问题,通过引入探究性和综合性实验、研究性项目以及实行与现场实践教学相结合等方式,进行了基于研学理念的动物性食品卫生实验课程设计探索与改革,以全面提高动物性食品卫生实验教学的质量。
Animal derived food hygiene is one of the major curricula for Department of Food Quality and Safety in Zhejiang Gongshang University.Experimental curriculum of animal derived food hygiene,contributed to the understanding of theoretical knowledge,plays an important role in the whole curriculum system.In this paper,the problems in the experimental teaching were analyzed.Moreover,reform strategy of this experimental curriculum was designed based on the research-teaching concept,including addition of explored experiment,comprehensive experiment and research project,as well as the combination of teaching and on-the-spot practice.As a result,the teaching quality level of experimental curriculum of animal derived food hygiene will be enhanced.
