摘要
当前民办高校发展面临严峻的挑战。本文结合民办高校实际,围绕教学质量提高,从明确学校科研定位、端正教师科研态度、加大科研支持和完善科研激励与约束机制四个方面有针对性地提出了提高民办高校科研能力、实现可持续发展的对策与措施。
The development of private colleges is facing severe challenges.In this article,four recommendations are proposed to improve the ability of scientific research of private colleges, such as the accurate orientation of scientific research,teachers＇ attitude about scientific research,and the incentive and restraint mechanism to support scientific research, and so on.
