摘要
"大一憧憬,大二堕落,大三盲动,大四被动"这在很多高校都存在,这说明我们的学生对自己的生涯没有明确的规划,存在着生涯发展问题。如何在现有的国情下,在形式逼急却又师生比失衡的情况下,尽快澄清有关生涯辅导的几个误区,对学生进行生涯规划的团队辅导可能是解决问题的首选。
It commonly exists in many colleges that the freshman prospects,the sophomore degenerates,the junior confused, the senior passive,which shows that our students have no clear career planning.It might be a best choice to supervise students＇ career planning under the present situation.
