摘要
河南省高等职业教育已进入快速发展时期,高等职业教育资源主要在三方面共享,即校内资源共享、校际资源共享以及学校与社会资源共享。但在资源共享方面存在着生源不足,企业参与的积极性不够高,共享收益分配不明晰等问题。建议政府建立和完善有利于高职教育资源共享的制度,形成有利于高等职业教育资源共享的外部环境,职教集团也需进一步完善有关规章制度。
Higher vocational education in He＇nan Province has come to a fast development period.The higher vocational educ-ation resources are shared inside the college,in inter-colleges and between the society and the college.But resource sharing is facing the problems,such as short supply of students,not high enterprises＇ initiative in participation,and unclear distribution of revenue from sharing.It is proposed that governments make regulations on higher vocational education resources sharing to benefit higher vocational education resources sharing.In addition,vocational education groups take actions to perfect the relative regulations.
