摘要
新的社会形势对高校大学生思想政治教育工作提出了新要求,带来了新机遇。体验式培训在大学生思想政治教育中的运用,是对学生思想政治教育工作新途径的有益探索,能够在发展学生综合素质的基础上培养其思想政治素质。体验式培训的成功经验在于"三个转变":从强调理论化、知识化到重视情感体验与情感发展;从单向灌输到双向互动;从封闭的校园到开放的社会实践。在大学生思想政治教育工作中推广体验式培训还需要进行更多的实践探索和理论论证。
New social situation has exposed new requirements and brought new opportunities for college students＇ ideological and political education.The application of experiential training to college students＇ ideological and political education is a useful exploration into new ways of education,which is able to cultivate college students＇ ideological and political accomplishment on the basis of developing their comprehensive accomplishment.The successful experience of experiential training lies in ＂three transformations＂：the accentuation from theory to emotional experience and development,from one-way instilling to two-way interaction,from close campus to open social practice.It still needs more practice and theory inquiry to popularize experiential training in college students＇ ideological and political education.
